Is this important to you, or are you only concerned with the time spent in the bedroom? Or maybe you think you can do better than solving your problem solve? Can you handle the responsibility and see the benefits? When considering how to sober living, I would suggest that you think about your freedom and also the responsibility that comes with that freedom. Does it make sense to remain enslaved to something you don’t like and you aren’t satisfied with? You might have to consider this for a while, to see if you have any interests or hobbies that you are interested in but don’t really get paid to do. If you are thinking of working from home then maybe there is a way you can spend time online without having to leave your house. I often find that most people who decide to do something new to become very excited about it and will not look back. They will get started with their new hobby or a new lifestyle and be completely happy with what they do. If you are currently in recovery then I believe you are better equipped to deal with the differences between the new lifestyle and the old. But if you are in recovery and you want to begin using a different substance then that’s up to you.
