What is the industry analysis right now in minnesota for sober living homes

All are welcome to this industry analysis, to the industry of adult homes for sober living facilities. Of course not all, but enough to make any industry owners feel safer. There are two major reasons for the low success rate and abusive management. I say abusive management because I have seen it before. The first reason is that the owner is so afraid to lose his space to the most aggressive boss in the business. It is not only my experience. I have seen many others too. They are so afraid to lose their business that they will do anything to get it back. To do this, they take more people who are on probation and have previous arrest. Some even know the police records. People to protect the reputation and employment of the owner. Others are drug users or alcoholics who just can’t get their act together in life. They don’t want to do it anymore, but just don’t know how to stop. And we all know what happens when you don’t stop. Lastly there are some with a negative attitude. People who may be looking for a quick fix to help them keep drinking, to meet a date, to get laid, or just to get the action they are looking for. You know who you are. Most folks are looking for a place to call home for the rest of their lives. They need to be kept clean, safe, andin a place where they will feel secure and safe. This industry in Minnesota is booming. There are so many people who need help to change their lives, that new companies are coming up every day to take our space. This is good for everyone involved. The question is, how do we take care of the service to sober living? It is the worker’s job to perform quality care. That includes training the staff on how to run a clean facility. Also teaching them how to manage their time effectively. Persons mental health will affect their ability to handle their job. Even the most peaceful person can have some anxiety and in the wrong situation it can turn into panic. Think about it, when someone is at their weakest point in their life, it is the worst time to panic. I believe in a solution that will work and have proven systems and experience. Think about it, do we really want another runaway from our current system?
